"Initially my expert was excellent with Jonathan English, the staff was friendly helpful and took the time to answer my questions. The problems started with the extreme over billing from the quoted price. Took over a week to get an answer on what had happened meanwhile I got charged $300 more than expected. In the end they had made a mistake on their quote l, no apology no warning when it was found just a massive auto pay withdrawal. Asked for a call from Mr. English never got it and I Moved on to Allstate and have been much happier. First and last time with State Farm"
